RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, motivate, inspire and guide a team of licensed Insurance Advisors dedicated to providing high quality customer experiences.
- Sales coach will translate the organization’s vision, mission and values into meaningful context that sales teams can relate to and get excited about.
REQUIREMENTS
- LLQP certification is required, or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a Contact Centre environment
- 1 year of insurance experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a coaching, mentoring or training role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivating Insurance Sales Coach in Whitby, Ontario! This position guarantees a base salary, in addition to lucrative performance bonuses and incentives. Additionally, benefits are offered after the 90 day probationary period. Partial remote and on- site work is available for a complete work- life balance. Paid training is offered on a variety of products, and the team the successful candidate will be coaching does not engage in cold calling.
Lastly, the ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in coaching, mentoring and/or training their insurance team. The ideal candidate will enjoy energizing and educating people. They will also understand the importance of the sales process over the phone. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable with performance management.
