Payrate of Landscape Foreman:

- 7AM- 3PM (7-8 hour work days on average)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends optional depending on inclement weather

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing landscape crew during spring, summer and fall seasons including, but not limited to:
- Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment.
- Troubleshooting onsite issues regarding lawn maintenance.
- Drive Truck and Trailer from site to site.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Landscape Foreman.
- Previous experience driving truck with landscaping trailer attached.
- Knowledgeable in lawn care and equipment such as zero- turn mower, trimmer, blowers, pruner, etc).
- Valid G driver’s license is required.
Job Summary
Firstly, we are looking for a reliable and seasoned Landscape Foreman in Mississauga Ontario! The payrate is $30 per hour.! The hours are 7AM- 3PM, Monday to Friday. Average hours per day worked will be between 7 to 8 hour work days. Weekend work will be optional based on inclement weather during the week. For example, if there are any rainy days during the week where the job cannot be completed, work would be pushed back to the weekend.
Secondly, this landscaping company completes exterior landscape services such as landscape maintenance, interlocking, irrigation, tree services, pest and weed removal. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have proven experience in a similar environment and proficient in various maintenance tools and equipment. As this position is full time, permanent- we are looking for dedicated, long- term workers. The season for work begins April 16th, 2023 and ends November 15th, 2023.
Lastly, the ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, and leadership experience. It is the responsibility of the lead hand to comfortably oversee 4 to 5 employees at the job sites. The requirement is to arrive at the Staff meetup and the crew will be driven to service areas around Mississauga and the GTA; therefore a valid Driver’s License is required. Please note, all equipment, tools and truck are provided by the Company during work hour
