4 months Full Time, Part Time onwards
Pay of a Sales Representative:
75K- 90K/year + benefits
Hours:
- 8AM- 4:30PM
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts for employees based on all levels
- Prepare and manage Health and Safety
- Manage code of conduct, ethics
- Other HR related duties as required
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role
- Proficient in various HR related roles such as employee and labour relations; health and safety; training and development; recruitment and selection; conflict resolution; and administration
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Reliable means of transportation

Job Summary
Elite Jobs is looking for an HR Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario! It is a direct role with a manufacturing company that specializes in the assembly of HVAC fans. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in various areas within HR such as labour relations, administration, health and safety, code of ethics; and other HR related activities. CHRP designation is preferred, but not required.
This position pays 75K- 90K based on experience and includes an excellent benefits package. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM- 4:30PM. Full time hours are anticipated within the first four months; with a reduction to part time hours after the four month period; depending on the need. Hours may fluctuate based on the need.
