Payrate of a Product Sales Manager

  • $78,000 per year + benefits (based on experience)


  • 8AM- 4:30PM
  • Monday to Friday


  • Actively promote the product range and acquire new representatives, customers, and distributors.
  • Help the customers in identification of their needs and selections of the appropriate air curtain unit(s).
  • Assist the customers in selecting products by preparing technical selections, diagrams, technical documentation and, if and when required, process orders.
  • Liaising with consulting engineers, designers, architects, major contractors, and distributors to promote air curtains.
  • Give customers demonstrations and presentations in person and via webinars.
  • Assist Company to maintain clean and up to date accounts by providing prompt information on the accounts regarding their credit status, etc.
  • Assist Company and customers in warranty claims.
  • Provide support to the existing and new customers.
  • Provide sales and activity reports on timely basis.


  • Completion of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • 3-5 year experience in HVAC industry – sales or product manager.
  • Must be able and willing to travel – passport requirement for travel to USA.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Job Summary

Elite Jobs is looking for a Product Sales Manager in Mississauga, Ontario! This in- office position pays a salary starting at $78,000 per year and is based on experience. The position includes additional benefits such as commission, Health, Dental and RRSP. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8AM- 4:30PM. The Product Sales Manager will be working for an industry leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality industrial fans and blowers. The objective of the Sales Manager is to acquire new clients as well as provide support to existing clients for air curtains. The selected candidate will be working for the company directly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building up an efficient representative networking system. Therefore it is important for the Manager to attend to each and every customer to ensure their satisfaction and solicit new business opportunities. Webinar and in- person demonstrations and presentations will be required of the Manager. Additionally, general telephone and web conference support will also be required. All candidates must be comfortable travelling for the position inter- and intra- provincially as well as international travel for the purpose of acquiring customers and supporting existing clients. Attending trade shows will also be expected of the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle bargaining situations, as well as maximize sales and profitability by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Keeping  up to date with product knowledge, effective communication, multitasking, exceptional customer service, ability to develop sales plans and targets are crucial skills for this position.
